need financial help before i get evicted

Hello? to anyone out there that is concerned. My name is Toni and i'am a single parent of a beautiful and very smart 5 yr. old daughter. This year is a really tough time for me becuase i'm currently is getting evicted from where i lived for the pass 3 years. I am a disabled parent with a partial disability that was currently on a work trail program through Social Security. I depended on this income to pay my rent or say living expenses and also work during the trail period. I work at BurgerKing Corporate Store here in McDonough,GA on exit 221 which is a training store for BurgerKing for 4 years now. So starting this Novemember of 2007 Social Security decided that i'm no longer disabled because i did substancial work through there trail.so they discontinued my checks which i no longer have. I still work at BurgerKing becuase i need to support my daughter but i need help in recieving the past due amount on my rent which is 1,120.00 dollars that i need to pay the landlord. I have asked family members,co-workers,community resources, friends, churches.I even applied for applications for a second job but no answer yet for interviews.I gave the landlord a partial payment and told him my situation but not hearing it. So he did not take the patial payment and served me whith a eviction summons on December 7,2007. The amount i need now is 800.00 dollars plus what i have to will stop the eviction process. I know its Christmas time and times are tight with money and geeting things for families holidays, If there anyone out there knows a resource, or could help me on this situation only, then my holiday wish as come true.  Contact # 678-330-8388 ask for Toni.  THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS........

Help to stop council eviction

Hi.  I am in need of help to stop a council / housing trust eviction.

I currently owe 2251.00 in rent arrears which i have been trying to pay off but they have now added a further 95.00 to this for baliff costs and also have a date for my eviction from the courts.  I am in need of a loan of 2500.00 to pay over and above the arrears.  I can pay this money back at a rate of £100.00 per month for a period of 36 months (3600.00).

I feel getting a loan is the only way to pay the arrears and stop the eviction but as i have a bad credit history it is near impossible to get any funding via the usual channels.

Can anyone help?

Mark

My family and I are facing eviction...

Greetings my friends,

I'm posting this in hopes that there is someone who can point me to information that may provide means for us to prevent this eviction process from going through.   My wife and children have lived here for two years without once being late in our rental payments.   My wife had entered a job in training but was not hired for the job, however Unemployment considered that valid employment and said that she is not eligible for benefits.

Both of us have been looking for work since then, and recently we came to the point where we were unable to pay rent in October and now as well in November.    I have two homeschooled children, and my wife and I are at our wits end wondering if this string of negative events will ever end.

I have tried to stay positive because I truly believe that positive energy begets positive in return.    We have followed every avenue of possible assistance that we are aware of in our local area, we do not know where else to turn.   That's why I have come here, perhaps someone out there has been through this and can provide some answers or someone who can even help.

Our landlord has been more than patient and I am truly grateful for that, but I understand that they cannot go for longer without rental payment.

My heart goes out to all of those who like us have been in troubled times of uncertainty, and for those who are worse off.  Our prayers are with you.

Thank you all for reading, and bless you.

Yours in hope,

Michael
